1. How do I place an order on ShopKaro.co.in?

Simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or cash on delivery (where available).

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • UPI & Wallets
  • Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available in selected locations

3. Do you charge for shipping?

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.
  • A small fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary during holidays, festivals, or unforeseen courier delays.

5. How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID and link. You can also check your order status anytime on our Order Tracking page.

6. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes! Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original packaging, and in good condition. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page for details.

7. Are there any non-returnable items?

Yes. Items such as perishable goods, personal care items, and customized/made-to-order products are not eligible for return.

8. When will I get my refund?

After we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

9. Do you sell digital products?

Yes, and please note that all digital product sales are final. In case of incomplete downloads or access issues, contact us within 48 hours at support@shopkaro.co.in.
